Policies

These policies are put in place to ensure we can provide the best service to our customers. These policies apply to both Desserts and Decorations. Please Read through each policy and feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns. 

Damged/Abused or Missing Product Policy

If any of our products return back to sweet decor missing, damaged/abused, you will be charged the price of the products plus a damage fee of $50. Photos will be taken before and after the event to ensure our products are in the same condition. We ask that all customers respect our products and refrain from damaging them.

Refund Policy

We put a lot of work into preparing all of our customer's orders/bookings. If there is a mistake on our end and you would like a refund, we will be happy to give a percentage back, but we WILL NOT give out full refunds unless we see fit!

Late Payment Policy

If you place an order but proceed not to pay your final payment, which is always due the Day Before your Event/Pick-up/Delivery, you will be charged another deposit fee for day of pickup/delivery. Anytime after, you will be charged 50% of your total each day you do not pay.

NO PAYMENT, NO SERVICE

Cancellation Policy

We Require a TWO-WEEK Cancelation Notice Before Your Order/Event. If You Cancel Anytime After The Two Weeks Leading Up To Your Event/ Order, You Will Still Be Responsible For Paying 75% Of Your Order/Event Cost. You Will Be Able To Receive A 25% Refund! PLEASE LEAVE AT LEAST 2 WEEKS NOTICE TO CANCEL THE ORDER/EVENT!

Squeeze in Policy

If You Do Not Give The Needed Week (Desserts) two weeks(Decor) Times Of Notice, We Will Have To Charge A $20 Squeeze In Fee For Desserts and a $50 Squeeze In Fee For Decor! As We Do Have Our Own Schedules To Work With, But Are Happy To Provide Your Order If You Need It!
